Breakfast is very basic. Staff doesn't speak English but was very helpful. Self check-in machine is okay but you still need someone to raise an invoice with your company data.

Clean big rooms and bathroom

Only 1 staff for breakfast it was very busy and very basic breakfast. The automatic check in is complicated and long. Thankfully there was a receptionist there to help us do it quickly

Comfortable and inexpensive

The room was clean and breakfast was ok. They even prepared an omlet for us at request. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good fo us.

The hotel would make a better impression if the paint on the walls was brighter.

Comfortable, great location, good value for money but with its faults

The location is fantastic, 12 mins from Durango and about 6 mins to Amoribetta. It was really clean and nice spacious rooms. Shower is lovely and hot, and again really clean.

The air conditioning wasn’t great and the room was very hot, you couldn’t open the shutters on the windows because the noise on a night would keep you awake with Lorrie’s driving past and for some reason there was a sort of emergency fire light on above the door which was difficult to get to sleep due to it been so bright it was like sleeping with a lamp on. The people staying in the corridors could be so noisy too.

Great hotel, good location and great value for money.

We loved our two night stay in this hotel in the outskirts of Bilbao. Free parking outside the hotel. our room was huge and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens at the back of the hotel. The continental breakfast was basic but at 4 Euros, was good value for money. The train station across the road from the hotel is a quick 3 Euros trip into Bilbao. There was a safe in the bedroom. We totally recommend this hotel and would return..

There was nothing to dislike.

Convenient and comfortable

Bed and room were big and comfortable. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself.

You can hear the cars in the road a tiny bit. Definitely not enough to bother our sleep a lot, but still worth mentioning.

Perfect 1 nighters with pets.

Very clean, large rooms with quality finishes throughout. Perfect for a one night stop off with pets. Friendly staff.

There is not much around it. A bar/ cafe across the road is all.

Wonderful

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Our room faced the back of the hotel, and had a little terrace with a table, perfect for eating a snack.

A little cold since the heating was not working, but not too much.

Very good value and a pleasant, dog friendly hotel

The self-service booking procedure was interesting, and I found it quite easy to do as the instructions were available in English. The room was quite basic but the sizeable balcony made up for it. The beds were quite comfortable and the facilities acceptable. The hairdryer wasn't working but the member of staff on duty very quickly replaced it. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to take our breakfast back to the room so that we could sit on the balcony with our dog and enjoy the morning sun. The continental breakfast itself was adequate for our needs.

The only real downside was the lack of restaurants. cafes or shops within easy walking distance meant we had to drive into the nearest town only to find that none of the cafes or restaurants were serving cooked food until 8pm. Now that we know what to expect, we are looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.
